The only truth there is to know
The only truth there is to know is that there is no truth to know,
Many Humans claim to know that there is no truth to know but some claim that they know that there is a truth to know;
The problem is that those humans who claim that there is a truth to know try to persuade
those who claim that there is no truth to know that there is a truth to know.
Or to put it another way:

The only truth there is to know is that it is false that there is a truth to know.
Many humans claim to know that it is false that there is a truth to know
But some claim to know that it is true that there is a truth to know.
The problem is that those humans who claim that it is true that there is a truth to know try to
Persuade those who claim that it is false that there is a truth to know,
that it is true that there is a truth to know.

If it is true that it is false that there is a truth to know
And if all non human animals have no falsely held concept of true and false,
Which I believe to be the truth,
Then in truth humans are no better off than any other animals when it comes to knowing the truth
Because, as I have just said, there is no truth to know!
